First part of Southern Caribbean Cruise

Start your cruise journey in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA on 3rd December 2021 (other dates might be available on request). You will stop in Philipsburg, capital of St. Maarten, then Castries, capital of Saint Luciain. This is followed by Bridgetown, capital of Barbados. After that, continue to Basseterre, the capital of St. Kitts & Nevis and then St. Johns the capital of Antigua.  The cruise ends again in Fort Lauderdale in Florida 11 days later.

America’s Venice, Fort Lauderdale has everything you need to float your boat. Beachcomb its placid shores, get up close to alligators on an airboat ride in the Everglades or tour its canals by boat. After that, your first stop is in Philipsburg, on St. Marteen Island. Explore the dozens of alluring beaches that ring the island. At Orient Beach, sunbathers bask and beachcombers stroll on the white sands, while divers and snorkelers explore the sunken shipwrecks and marine life just offshore. You’ll really get blown away at Jet Blast Beach (officially Maho Beach), next to the airport.

Among your next stops will be Castries, the capital of St. Lucia. Near the port, browse Pointe Seraphine, for duty-free goods, or colorful Castries Central Market, for native spices and hand-made crafts. Sample the best of St. Lucia on a highlights tour to the Castries Market, historic Catholic church, and city square, and don’t miss breathtaking views from Caribelle Batik, offering artisanal goods. Or, join a leisurely coastal cruise past Marigot Bay. Novelist James A. Michener described it as “the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.” Further we stop in the capital of Antigua, St. John. It’s said that this island gem has 365 beaches – one for every day of the year! Take a stroll around Nelson’s Dockyard or admire the super-yachts in English Harbour.

Last part of Southern Caribbean Cruise

On the second half of the cruise you stop in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados. A Caribbean ‘Little England’ – except this one comes with emerald seas and warm breezes! Visit the Jacobean plantation house, St. Nicholas Abbey, or snorkel through the shipwrecks at Carlisle Bay. Your next stop is in Castries, capital of Saint Lucia. This lively port is a bargain hunter’s delight. Journey beyond to Soufrière and view volcanic plugs known as the Pitons, then bathe in hot mineral springs at Diamond Falls Botanic Gardens.

Before getting back to Florida, stop in the port of Philipsburg, capital of St. Maarten. This is an island with a split personality. Start your day lazing on Orient Beach, then cross the island to the French capital, Marigot, with its chic shops and sidewalk cafés. After that, your cruise ends in Fort Lauderdale, United States of America.
