These Terms and Conditions of the World Lifetime Journeys Loyalty Cards Programme (including our Privacy Policy available at www.worldlifetimejourneys.com/privacy-policy/) set out below, promoted and operated by World Lifetime Journeys, govern the collection of plane stamps and their redemption and set out the terms of contract between World Lifetime Journeys Ltd (We, Us or Our) and you the customer in relation to the Loyalty Cards Programme.

  1. By purchasing your first holiday, cruise or tour with us you will be automatically enrolled in this Loyalty Cards Programme and therefore you agree with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not want to be part of this scheme, please let us know in writing any time after you first received the loyalty card.
  2. This Loyalty Cards Programme is only valid in regards with the holiday packages purchased from World Lifetime Journeys.
  3. We may refuse to continue with the Loyalty Cards Programme for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) any reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, any previous history of verbal or physical abuse to World Lifetime Journeys staff or risk of reputational damage to us.
  4. The World Lifetime Journeys Loyalty Cards Programme is open to all UK residents aged 18 or above who have purchased at least one holiday package to become eligible for this scheme. World Lifetime Journeys staff are excluded and not able to participate in this.
  5. The Loyalty Card and/or the final prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or loyalty schemes from World Lifetime Journeys.
  6. The Loyalty Card is personal to you as the main customer and cannot be transferred to anybody else. The final prize can only be redeemed if all these terms and conditions are respected.
  7. If you breach these terms, but you remedy this breach within 14 days of a written notice of breach from Us or if we believe you have breached or abused of these terms and conditions, your Loyalty Card may be terminated and all holidays booked and flight stamps accumulated until then will be cancelled. World Lifetime Journeys has the right to terminate the Loyalty Card Programme where a person has been found to have abused of the Loyalty Programme.
  8. World Lifetime Journeys reserves the right with no liability to You, to stop issuing Loyalty Cards if we decide to stop the Loyalty Programme, to alter or amend anytime these terms and conditions and/or withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card if we have a reasonable reason to do so. You will be informed in written of our decision.
  9. If a Loyalty Card is cancelled or terminated, the person that was named on the card, cannot continue with it or redeem the prize in any way.
  10. You have the responsibility to inform Us of any change in your circumstances such as but not limited to change of address, email, phone number etc.
  11. The Loyalty Cards remain the property of World Lifetime Journeys and cannot be copied and modified in any way.
  12. Every time you successfully returned from any holiday package that you bought from Us regardless the amount spent (all 7 holidays must have a price of at least £170 per person and at least 4 out of the 7 holidays must be booked for outside the UK or your own country), you will receive from us a virtual Loyalty Card that will show you how many plane stamps you have accumulated on the Loyalty Card.
  13. When you have completed seven holiday packages that you bought from Us, you will be entitled to the eight-holiday package for FREE.
  14. This FREE holiday package will have a maximum redeemable value of £100 per person or a maximum of £350 per family or group (or €100/$100 per person or a maximum of €350/$350 per family or group depending which currency your bookings were in and your country of residency). You will be able to choose between a holiday in UK or a City Break in Europe.
  15. Based on the month of travel chosen by You and the type of holiday wanted, World Lifetime Journeys will propose several holiday options to choose from that will cover the amount entitled (eg. You are entitled to a £300 holiday based on a family of 3. We will then send you some holiday offers that will be within that amount to choose from).
  16. You must book your FREE holiday within 12 months from receiving your final Loyalty Card showing seven plane stamps on it.
  17. The final FREE holiday package prize will be calculated based on an average of persons that were booked in the seven holiday packages prior to your FREE holiday entitlement (eg. Out of the seven holidays, you book 3 holidays for 4 people and another 4 holidays for 3 people. Then your FREE holiday package will be valid for 3 people in the amount of £300).
  18. If You will not agree with any of the FREE holiday options that we propose you, you have the right to use that amount that you are entitled to, as a discount for a more expensive holiday that exceed the amount given for free (eg. We offer you a UK break or a City Break in Europe, but you don’t like any of the options and you would prefer a beach holiday or an exotic holiday instead. Then from the total amount of the new holiday, you will be discounted the amount entitled to)
  19. You can also use the amount entitled to, for purchasing any travel related services from Us.
  20. The person whose name is on the card, must be the lead traveller on all of the seven holiday packages bought through us and also on the FREE holiday. Names are not transferable unless you have changed your name through marriage or in the unfortunate event where the person on the Loyalty Card has passed away. In this case a Marriage Certificate or a Death Certificate must be sent to us as a proof.
  21. There is no cash or other prizes alternatives to the FREE holiday entitlement.
  22. All customers names and details will be retained by Us in order to deal efficiently with the progress of your Loyalty Card. When redeeming your eight holiday, your name on the card must match the name and details we have on file, showing clearly that seven holidays were purchased and completed.
